• If you are under 13, you may use the Service only with verifiable parental consent or under a School's authorization, as permitted by law.
• If you are using the Service on behalf of a School, you represent that you are authorized to bind the School to these Terms.

Accounts, Usernames, and Security

If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity on your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We recommend that student usernames be pseudonyms and not real names.

Acceptable Use

• Do not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or access the Service through automated means without permission.
• Do not upload or share unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.
• Do not upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Do not collect or store personal data about other users without authorization.
• Do not interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Service or impose unreasonable load.
• Do not use the Service to bully, harass, or threaten others.

School Accounts and Student Data

If a School uses the Service, the School controls student data and is responsible for required notices and consents under applicable law, including FERPA and COPPA. Our handling of student data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions and Payments

If you purchase a subscription, you agree to pay the fees and applicable taxes. Subscription terms, pricing, renewal, and cancellation terms will be disclosed at checkout or in your account. We may change pricing with notice. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated at purchase.

User Content

If you submit content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and process it to operate the Service. You are responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring you have the rights to share it.

Intellectual Property
