- Student profiles for families: Parents and guardians may create child profiles. We recommend using a pseudonym and avoiding real names in usernames and avatars.
- Communications: We collect information you provide in emails, support requests, and feedback.
- Payments: Payment details are processed by our payment processors. We receive confirmation and transaction details but do not store full payment card numbers.
- Usage data: Our servers may log basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, and timestamps to operate and secure the Service.
- Cookies and tracking: We do not currently use cookies, analytics, or tracking technologies on the Site. If this changes, we will update this policy and, where required, provide choices or consent.

School Accounts and Student Data
When a School uses the Service, the School controls student data. We act as a service provider to the School and process student data only to provide the Service and as instructed by the School. We treat student data as confidential, do not sell it, and do not use it for targeted advertising. We comply with applicable laws such as FERPA and COPPA when providing the Service to Schools. Parents or guardians who want to access or delete student data should contact their School.
Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13. A child under 13 may use the Service only with verifiable parental consent or under a School's authorization, as permitted by law. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us without appropriate consent, please contact us.
How We Share Information
- Service providers: We share information with vendors that help us operate the Service, such as hosting and payment processors, under confidentiality obligations.
- Schools: If a School uses the Service, we share student data with authorized School personnel.
